At Atelier, we reserve dedicated time exclusively for each guest to ensure a seamless, elevated experience. To respect both our clients and our team, we kindly ask that any changes to your appointment be made with adequate notice. Cancellations and Rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another guest. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Guests who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. Services may need to be adjusted, and full service pricing will still apply. Select services may require a deposit at the time of booking and will go towards the cost of the service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest level of service to all our guests.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all elevated experience room appointments at Atelier.  Deposits are applied toward the final service total.  Due to the extended reservation time and exclusive nature of La Suite Luxe and La Suite Reserve appointments, cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.  Elevated experience rooms are reserved exclusively for guests 21 years of age and older.
